1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing GuessKar ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Conduct & Rules

GuessKar is a multiplayer drawing and guessing game meant to be fun and safe for everyone. We strictly prohibit:

• Drawing explicit, adult, or offensive imagery.
• Using offensive, racist, hateful, or inappropriate language in chat or as a username.
• Spamming the chat or intentionally ruining the gameplay experience for others.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the game servers.

We reserve the right to ban or restrict users who violate these rules without prior notice. However, we do not actively monitor all user-generated content 24/7. Users interact in multiplayer rooms and global chat at their own risk, and GuessKar is not liable for the behavior of individual players.

3. User Generated Content

Any drawings, chat messages, or custom room content created by players belong to the respective users. However, by creating content on GuessKar, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and moderate that content as part of the game's functionality.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Here is how we handle your data:

• Data Collection: We collect the bare minimum data necessary for gameplay. If you sign in via Google, we access your basic profile information (Name, Avatar) to display in-game temporarily. We do not permanently store your personal profile information on our game servers.
• Cookies & Local Storage: We use local storage to save your preferred game settings (like language and theme) and session data to keep you logged in.
• Third-Party Services: We use Firebase for hosting and backend services, and Google AdSense / AdMob to serve advertisements. These partners may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your visit to this and other websites.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Deletion & Ephemeral Storage

GuessKar respects your privacy and ensures your data is only kept for as long as absolutely necessary:

• Ephemeral Storage: All user game data is processed in-memory (RAM) by our servers. We do not use persistent databases to store user accounts.
• Automatic Deletion: The exact moment you disconnect from the game, close the app, or leave a lobby, all of your associated player data is permanently wiped from our servers immediately (well within 90 days).
• Manual Requests: Because no data is stored permanently, no manual deletion request is required. Your data is automatically and instantly removed at the end of your session.

6. Advertisements

To keep GuessKar free for everyone, we display advertisements. By using the service, you consent to the placement of such ads, which are provided by third-party advertising networks.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify players of significant changes on our homepage. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
